Making a submission up-to-date
There are many reasons when updating the PCN dossier may be necessary. For example, in the following cases: there is a change in the contact data of the supplier or the contact person, you want to add a new trade name or a new UFI code, you want to expand the notification for new target countries. You may be obliged for the update if there is a major change in the composition of the mixture, or if the classification based on health or physical hazards is modified.
While establishing a close communication relationship with our partners, we professionally evaluate the changes affecting their mixtures and update the data provided during the PCN notification, if necessary.
